1. Listing Services Cancellation
Paid Listings / Promotional Packages
If you have purchased a paid listing plan (such as a premium store listing, advertisement, or featured spot),
you may cancel the service within 48 hours of payment, provided the listing has not gone live
or been promoted.
After the listing or service is activated/live on the platform, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
a) Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:
- You cancel within the allowed cancellation window (48 hours).
- The service was not delivered as promised or due to a technical error on Zoovit Store's end.
- Duplicate payments or billing errors (in which case a full refund will be issued).
b) Non-Refundable Situations
- Services already utilized (e.g., listing published or promoted).
- Cancellation requested after the 48-hour window.
- Delays caused by incorrect user-provided data.
- Change of mind or lack of business performance expectations.
3. How to Request a Cancellation/Refund

- Registered Email ID
- Order/Payment ID
- Reason for cancellation/refund
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days after reviewing your request.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
