1. Listing Services Cancellation

Paid Listings / Promotional Packages
If you have purchased a paid listing plan (such as a premium store listing, advertisement, or featured spot), you may cancel the service within 48 hours of payment, provided the listing has not gone live or been promoted.

After the listing or service is activated/live on the platform, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
